Debra Vizzi (nee Steinmetz) passed away suddenly Friday, December 27, 2024 at her Lake Hiawatha, NJ home. She was 68.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, Debra moved to Boonton, NJ as a child, and had lived most of her life there before coming to the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany two years ago.

A graduate of Boonton High School, Debra married her love, Frank Vizzi in 1987. They shared 37 years of marriage together before her untimely passing.

She was currently working as a leasing agent for Knoll Gardens Apartments in Lake Hiawatha. Previously, Debra had been an office manager with the medical office of Dr. Brynildson of Denville, NJ and with Atlantic Health and Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, NJ. She had also worked as a waitress at Harrigan's Restaurant in Montville, NJ.

She is survived by her loving husband, Frank Vizzi; her beloved daughter, Melissa M. Vizzi; and her five dear siblings, James Steinmetz, John Button, Emily Bolcar, Joan Diedrich, and Florence Marcinko.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation on Monday, December 30, 2024, 4:00pm to 8:00pm at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, 60 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha, NJ. The Funeral Service will be celebrated at 7:30pm during the visitation. Private cremation will follow.
